I wonder if I might ask a favour please, for which I’ll gladly pay you. I need a page template for 3K2 (you could call if Full width page) which removes all sidebar content and allows the primary column width to span the entire width of the theme (with the appropriate padding of course left and right). I imagine this is simple for you but sadly it’s not so simple for me. If you’d be able to whip this up, I’d be most grateful. And if you have a paypal account, I’ll pay you pronto. I reckon around A$30 is fair for this; let me know what you think.

I wonder if you’d be able to tell me please how to change the header CSS to produce a complete/fluid width banner as in the one you see at: http://themes.wordpress.net/columns/3-columns/1419/nonzero-green/
I’ve tried and tried but keep facing a problem with getting the banner to go wider than the body width.
Would gladly make a donation via Amazon or Paypal if you could help with this.
