You aright they are the worlds worst. 9 days and I have not heard back why I cannot enable Full Text Search on the MSSQL server. 12 emails asking why I cannot export a .bak file to our webspace. We are experienced people not newbies and there is no hope for anyone who stays with this lot. Wish I’d seen all this before I signed up with 1and1=0. So at this point I got suspicious at 1and1 and I searched for “1and1 cancel” online, and I found many people around the world who had horrible experiences with them when they try to leave after experience severe server downtime, or were just billed for domains that they haven’t used.
